I can't believe we fully maxed him out instead of giving him a more reasonable deal (5yrs/$110-120M) or so.

If Conley was 24-25, I'll be okay with it. He's about to be 29 years old in October. We are going to be paying this man $35M when he's 34 years old.

if they don't pay conley and parsons, it's not like they can just find someone to replace him in free agency. Same for the Wizards with beal, along with other teams in the league. Gotta overpay for your talent if you can't acquire it in free agency.
