The Parsons contract doesn't bother me given what's that equaled to based on last season (about $15-16M).

But, Conley being the highest paid player in NBA history bothers me some. I can't hate on Mike for the deal, but I think it was stupid for the Grizz not to somewhat negotiate. I just don't think its right for Conley to be paid more than Marc

Iirc it is a tv deal. games will be aired on more networks meaning the NBA makes a LOT more money. So the caps go up to reflect it
