2023 Official MLB Season Thread

The sooner they get rid of the chop the sooner we can get past the phase of some of our fans acting like it’s the most Important thing in the world and so deeply rooted in the clubs identity. Some will pout about it for a while and complain about PC culture but then as time goes on they will still support the ball club just like they always do and ultimately get over it and still by tickets.
 
Braves haven't been in it since 99. And that was against the Yankees. It was higher, but the 90's baseball was a lot more popular. It been trending downwards for a while now.

During the 90s when the baseball was more popular, it just so happens that the Braves were also doing very well.

Im not saying it’s related…but the Dodgers were absent in the 90s.

Yes. Seems like you took what I said as knock on the Braves and/or their fans. it wasn't. I don't know why you're still at it.

This just wasn't the preferred WS matchup for the MLB.
