What sparked the late Risacher > Sarr movement? Was it just Sarr declining the Hawks workout?

That’s exactly what it was…Once news got out Sarr ducking ATL everybody pivoted to Risacher

Idk how Risacher was even the default #2 tho, I just don’t see it
