Just got approved!Good looks on those me mentioning my name
Yea the major difference is the fact that with a condo you own it like you own a house but with a co-op the corporation owns the building but you own shares in the corporation based on your square footage. It makes sense that they aren't in the south or mid west because you guys don't have these big apartment complexes.
But yea its the first step for us to be able to save and spend the extra money on investment properties. I'm hoping to buy a house to actually live in within 3-4 years. Credit should be excellent by that point
I found these links for anyone else that is interested or hasn't heard of them.

How's the process going for ya ? I've been looking into co-ops/condos for a while now. It's really annoying to find one that accepts dogs and how much more you have to pay.
Nah papi
First come first serve
I hadn't checked this thread in a couple days and just noticed Zyzz's commentLMFAO Its real out here
I don't think so, I wouldn't count the points in my net worth.Does anyone know if credit card points are considered an asset ?

Just close it. The potential for identity theft on an open card you're not using isn't worth it for a handful of points on your score. I think mine dropped like 15-20 points when I closed my Citi card a while back and it recovered in no time. When I move from this Cap One card to Discover can I cancel this card without doing major damage to my credit score since it would be less than a year old? Once I stop using it I wont want to pay the $40 a year fee. Right now it is worth it since I earn enough cash back to get that fee back.
Amex up'd my revolver to 20k..
Yay yayee *ice cube voice*
lol @Discover being the official card of NT. We need Jordan or Kanye to do a TV spot about resellers using discover cards to buy multiple pairs of shoes to sell. "IT pays to discover"
