Ahhh, the "Beef and Broc" Field Boots. These are some of the most versatile boots EVAR. They aren't too hot in the summer, warm in the winter, %100 waterproof, and the soles never seem to wear out.

Back when I was a young freshman in Brooklyn I bought my first pair. Had them on layaway at a store in Bensonhurst...yes I would venture into Mafia territory to put my lil $10 on em every week until I paid them off.

Here's a tip. Go to the Timb outlets. They sometimes have the rarest pairs that you'll never see anywhere else. I have the digital camo version of the field boots that I haven't seen anywhere. Peeps ask me all the time where I got them from. Also the Timb factory in Vermont is

^^I had no idea there was a digi camo pair.Cats used to break their necks when I rocked the regular camo joints on some "the !@*$ did you get those from?".

@ElderWatsonDig

Good looks on the insight. Idk if there's a Tims outlet in Northern California but ill look into it.

I just hope its cod enough to wear them on the regular this winter

Got them from the TImb Outlet in Smithfield NC. Picked them up for only $100. I also picked up a pair with Chocolate colored mesh, those are somewhat rare, but I have seen at least 2 dudes with them. What we should do is look out for each other. I'm all down for picking up a pair for a fellow NT'er and shipping them out if I see some hidden gems at the Outlets which they usually have, especially down south where they don't care about Timbs. I'll post some pics in a few days before I head out.

Hey I'll be back from overseas in January, and I'm going to the Williamsburg VA Outlets to go shopping. If you want you can PM me your email and I'll let you know a few days in advance before I go. I can send you pics of what's there and see if you want me to pick up anything for you. The prices there are always well under retail and they usually have a percentage sale on top of that.

Oh yeah, and if the Construction Timbs are too uncomfortable, next time just buy a 1/2 size bigger and drop those Lebron IV airsoles in them...feels like you are walking on clouds.

I never see the Wheat 6 in Timbs on sale here in NY even at the outlets for less than $130 for the past couple of years.

But, one time I was in the outlet thread and a member put me onto a site than I could order the Wheat Timbs from for like $70, but I forgot the name of the website.

I do have a fresh pair of Wheat and Black 6 in Timbs ready for this winter though and I work in a pair of ACG's year round with Dr. Shcolls insert too.

Will probably get the Dr. Shcolls insert for my Timbs also.

ACG'S & Rangers >*

but durability wise aint &%$# touching Timbs, especially in nyc weather
