6/10 TNA Slammiversary PPV - Roode v Sting, Joseph Park v Bully Ray, Angle/AJ v Daniels/Kaz, WWE...

Was it a perfect show?  No.  Was I entertained for 2 hours?  Yes.  Was it better than Raw? Oh hell yeah.  I'm looking forward to next week's show.
Dixie did drop that F bomb

Question... are any of you guys in Canada? I'm asking because when Raw goes to 3 hours, it's staying at the 9pm (may actually be 9:15) time slot, so it won't finish until after midnight. Not to mention being on an hour tape delay.

If TNA can tweak some things here and there n make it kinda like how it used to be when it was only on PPV then they can def compete with the WWE cuz tonights show was a 1000 times better than RAW

Last month we reported that WWE would hold the 2012 Survivor Series pay-per-view in Pittsburgh, PA on November 18th.

New reports now indicate that the NFL schedule came out a few weeks ago, WWE and the Consol Energy Center arena realized the Pittsburgh Steelers would be playing on the night of Sunday, November 18th in Pittsburgh against the Baltimore Ravens for NBC Sunday Night Football.

WWE has decided they don’t want to compete locally with the Steelers game taking place at the same time, so although Consol Energy Center is still being listed as the location of the PPV, it will not be held there. WWE then wanted to tape Smackdown two days later on November 20th at Consol, but the arena already signed to have Justin Bieber in concert that night.

WWE had wanted to make the official announcement to the live crowd that Survivor Series would be in Pittsburgh when they last came to Pittsburgh on May 14th for Monday Night RAW, but obviously that didn’t happen.

Sources say that WWE usually picks the date they want to run a PPV and work around that date. As of now, nobody can confirm when and where Survivor Series is going to take place.

- Sources close to Alex Shelley report that he did receive phone calls from WWE recently but reports of him signing with WWE or even agreeing to terms are said to be premature. The same sources say that Shelley allowing his TNA contract to expire had nothing to do with WWE.

Shelley’s original plans when deciding to leave TNA were to work for New Japan Pro Wrestling and maybe Dragon Gate USA. WWE did recently show interest and he was not expecting that to happen when he let his TNA deal expire. Shelley had been working on a deal with New Japan for some time and was apparently close to signing it when WWE called.

brooke looked awful, i would hold dixies hand in public, and of course i went to go grab a drink thinking the "evidence" would be starting when i got back, nope missed thee entire thing

Current FCW Divas Champion Raquel Diaz (Shaul Guerrero) debuted a new look at last night’s FCW TV tapings, one that may have been previously discussed for Layla on WWE’s main roster. There were rumors over a year ago of WWE doing a character similar to pop star Lady Gaga with Layla. Diaz debuted a new blonde look with new make-up at last night’s tapings and a group of friends in attendance noted that it reminded them of Gaga.
Looks like a ****** to me.

Well WWE bring it to Cincinnati, Columbus or Indianapolis.

The Bengals are on the road that week in Kansas City so no problems here. I want a PPV so bad its sad.

Just give Pitt the Royal Rumble. I'll seriously consider making that trip.

Too bad USBank arena is kinda small and outdated. We need a new arena but we aren't even close to being done paying off the two stadiums.

A lot of people (me included) got the feeling that the whole AJ/Dixie thing is that they are secretly planning a surprise party for Dixie's husband, Serge.

WWE in panic mode over low rating.

According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the big topic of discussion within WWE yesterday was surprisingly not the suspension of Randy Orton, but rather the low rating Raw received on Monday night, which was a 2.7 and the lowest number of the year.

The rating was hurt by several factors, namely, the debut of the History Channel show "Hatfields and McCoys," The NBA Playoffs, the fact that John Cena didn't appear on the show, and the Memorial day holiday. However, WWE officials were alarmed at the fact that the CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan match lost viewers in the second hour, and the Alberto Del Rio vs Santino Marella match took in the lowest quarter hour rating the show has seen in years.

Why are they surprised? Lets do this. All of us will chip in on a list of things wrong with wwe and how to fix it. Then we'll figure out who to send it to. Anyone else down?

this is the first TNA show I've ever watched. I like the talent and characters and personalities...maybe bc it's new to me, but the moves and finishers, nothing too cool. Stings finisher is a sharpshooter, just called the stinger something...
- Bully Ray is awesome

- This guy Chris Sabin reminds me of Daniel Bryan
