So some one gave me these shoes to work on. They needed to be deoxidized, cleaned, and they had some scuffs and scratches. I went to prep the leather to be repaints and the paint just wrinkled up and peeled off. I have never had this happen before. He said that they are only a year or two old and that that had never been repainted. I spent about 2 hours on one shoe trying to get all the paint chips off and they just won't go away. The paint under the stitching around the bottom just won't move. HELP!!!!!
