Don't know if anyone checked out this tape, but with Kendrick Lamar droppin the other day I figured I'd throw it up. Ab-Soul is also in Jay Rock's crew, but I honestly think Lamar and him have a lot more to offer. Dude is definitely different, but he can spit, and I pretty much enjoy the whole tape. Reps LA of course...

BLACK HIPPY!! the Los Angeles version of Slaughterhouse. I'm not a fan of Jay Rock's solo stuff (its the same guns & gangbanging s***) but he's ok...I bought Kendrick's "OD" & ScHoolboy Q's "Setbacks" on iTunes to support. DEF will be copping Ab-Soul's "Longterm: Mentality" when that drops too. TDE!!
