Was out the last few days. Got my zebras and salts from Stadium Goods on EBay. Someone marked though a Geode box with a salt SG inventory tag. Same size I ordered. So I got Geodes. Lol. Better shoe color anyway. Haha

I was worried about how these were going to fit because I had heard they run tight asf, yet they look big and chunky. I played it safe and ordered the same size I wear in 700 V1 and 350 V2 (I wear a 9.5 in those and that’s what I got for the Azael). They fit PERFECTLY. I was very happy to find that out.


Yes, they DO fit very snug, because of the neoprene bootie. The whole shoe hugs your foot in a different way than the 350s do. It’s more cushioned and feels much more supportive. Kind of like the inside lining of a snow boot, is the best comparison I can make.

The material is more tough and thick at the ankle collar, so I wasn’t worried about stretching the fabric too much that it tears or anything. They were easier to get into than UB mids with that sphincter looking ankle collar lmao

...But it is VERY comfortable to me— not too tight at all. I do have narrow feet though. If you don’t like really tight fit to your kicks or have wide feet, I’d say going half a size up is fine too. I definitely wouldn’t go half down though. I’d say stay safe and get whatever size you are in 350 V2 or in Wave Runners.

All in all, I REALLY like this silhouette. They’re cool as hell to look at and feel great on foot, even for long wear. Yeah, there’s no boost, but they’re still very comfortable to me.

Exactly. Saw Ye wearing the 700 V2 static a week or two ago during a performance and I haven’t seen him in those in a long while so maybe that restock is coming.

The Boost likely wasn’t driving the $300 price point of 700 V1s and V2s. Likely the primary driver was the 350 selling really well at $220 and them testing higher pricepoints afterwards. Adidas recently cut the retail price of Hu NMDs and I think this is kinda their way of doing the same and cutting the retail price of 700s (which, besides the Waves, weren’t selling in GR numbers at $300 retail) without hurting the brand’s image. If V3s sell well in inevitable GR drops, I would not be at all surprised if future 700 V1s and V2s start selling at a lower pricepoint.

Has anyone ever seen any shade or color variation on the writing on their boxes? Like the 350 on the top, and Yeezy writing on the side? Got a pair of TB static and I noticed when compared to my other 350 boxes it’s a shade lighter grey writing. Everything else seems perfectly the same like the sticker etc
