Gotcha. Typically you can log in if you have an account and see order history in there. I don't have anything in there, but typically you can see the status of an ongoing/past order. My problem is exactly that though. I should be able to view my pending order (especially since I have an order number), but it's not there. I would ideally like to get this resolved with customer service, but they haven't been responding to my numerous emails and phone calls have not worked.

Double up pair ordered from Shoe Palace on 5/15 FINALLY got delivered today. Happy to be able to move on from this release. One of the more difficult Jordan 1 releases for me in a while for sure

Same here. Got the cancellation email from my wife. Fortunately, my main order with the GS and Men's pair got delivered yesterday. I can't complain since that one got fulfilled, but I am a little irritated that they took so long to respond. bro that's the serious wall of sneakers! idk how the boxes near the bottom haven't buckled and crumbled under all the weight.
