The terms aren't the problem. Which is evident because you ignored the part of my comment that wasn't referring to the terms.

Are you excusing people receiving the wrong pairs in fairly surprising numbers? Them not making even one public announcement about the shipping? The shipping and processing time, again, was not the issue. It's the fact that during that time, nobody knew if their order was actually safe. People just wanted peace of mind. That should be the bare minimum to have good customer relations and they failed.

If it's not past the terms, you have no right to complain. You didn't get the wrong size or color, so doesn't even concern you. Also, worrying if your order is safe is just stupid. They will tell you if it is cancelled. Otherwise, it's not a concern. They don't need a billion people emailing them to ask if their order is safe. Nike sometimes cancels at the last minute, so where's the problem there?
 
Finally got movement on my apparel ONLY order from the OG drop. Label printed on 11/24, just picked up this morning. :smh:
 
Looking at them makes the L from supreme this morning not matter as much. I hope they do more colorways of the unions too.
Would like something with Carolina blue and orange.

"Out for delivery today" back to Union. Been watching that tracking like a hawk. Pray that the cs rep follows through on this wrong size mishap. Fingers crossed!!!

I can read just fine, thank you very much. You just like to complain. Cancel your order if you're so bent out of shape with the terms. Bottom line, they still haven't gone past their delivery day.
 
It's only to cash out people who got Supreme Box Logos in store today. Can't purchase anything or sell anything else lol
