^my guess is the air bubble... just not the same when it's smaller and seamless (especially on this shoe, where it really stood out).

man...i remember trying extra hard and wasting time and money just to get the slim shady bursts....i am never going to cop them again. unless the white/redpatents come out again.

What MADE the Burst was that massive, beautiful air bubble. Without it, well, there is no burst.

The WHOLE POINT of the Air Burst is the huge bubble...those days are gone though.

Just to give a quick comparison...

Personally, I don't care, there will be no more "big" air bubbles. Nike is not doing them anymore.

Plus the difference is marginal. I care more about the mesh toebox. These are a go, as soon as I get my hands on them, I will buy.
