AJ1 Royal LC - Pretty sure fake but please help confirm

Ordered a pair of Royals off GOAT. Quality on one was pretty rough and someone had put scotch tape on the insoles, which was weird so sending back.
Just had another pair delivered today from Ebay. Looked good at first but something felt off and smell was strong chemical instead of leather. Fortunately I hadn't sent the other pair back so did a comparison. Other than them being different colors, hopefully you guys can confirm my suspicions. Thanks in advance. I've got more pictures but I figure this should be plenty.

They shouldn’t smell like strong chemicals, that pair from eBay is fake. The most clear difference in these photos is the soles, that color is wrong compared to the real pair, and the texture is off.
 
Just saw your reply, thanks. They went back the day after I got them. It was pretty clear in having both in hand but figured I'd still confirm.
