Am90 off whites:tip of swooshes stitched down or popping off

Do legit ones have the very top of the swoosh peeking out from the stitching and literally coming off from the shoe or are they stitched down completely?

On the medial side the swoosh is stitched all the way to the tip of the swoosh, on the lateral side the swoosh is not stitched at the tip, it stops a little bit before.
