Any advice for customizing some Jordan XI's? PLEASE HELP! ! !

I'm trying to color the jump man black or even navy. I hate the baby blue and I'm thinking I can just take a sharpie to it. Anyone done this or any experts know the best way to do it? I'm really leaning towards just using a sharpie because I did it on another pair of shoes and the material basically soaked the ink right up and it was easy. If anyone has suggestions or experience, please help me out.

Don't ruin your shoe with a sharpie. Get some navy angelus paint, and a thin paint brush and simply paint both jumpmans
