You raise a valid point. There is definently alot of hypocricy on NT. I don't know if gangs have a smaller effect on society though. Lookat LA and to a lesser extent Chicago and gangs are a big deal. From what I have learned about LA it has basicaly degenerated to an all out race war betweenthe hispanic gangs and black gangs right now. And I think in LA alone ther are upwards of 70,000 gang members. And when you think about how most gangbangerseither get killed or go to prison the effect on society is pretty great.

Lived in Castro Valley my whole life. KKK was there decades ago. Chalk up another time Castro Valley is recognized for something negative. ex) Jane Doe thatwas found behind Carrows. We do have a lot of country people (hicks), but we are slowly getting more and more diverse.
