Is anybody in the industry? Can someone school me a little on brokering massive amounts of oil (1 million + barrells)? There are 2 types of oil, D-2 and JB-54,correct? I've been told that the person in charge of selling oil (similar to a real estate agent and escrow officer in the real estate field) who is calleda mandate or something? And you have to be as close as possible to the mandate in order to get the price?
Anyway, who has any knowledge of this?
