I have one down my road, going to go check it out. not in shape and seeing people flipping tires and running with thick ropes. POSTING FOR LATER READ tho.
 
I've done 2 classes and they were pretty cool. The lower body exercises were hella hard but the upper body stuff was kinda wack. Depends on what your trying to do though.
 
Crossfit isn't bad. Just make sure if you start to learn the basics first and don't get injured trying to do too much weight.

Truth about those crossfit elitists though. Annoying.
 
Co-Sign what peeps say about those elitists. I tried it for a couple of months and it was cool lost like 15 pounds quickly! Expect a lot of squats and pull ups. I left it cuz they charged too much a month compared to a regular gym.
