I'm glad he's giving away free cases. That's the right thing to do after the poor engineering on the phones.
This should quiet the masses for now, until they can correct the problem.

the New York Times did a study of ATT's network in Dec. 2009 and the problems with the iPhone were on apple's end, not ATTs.
