are these Ray Allen PE's authentic?

just like the title says... i already have a reserved judgement because of the price but wanted some additional feedback from some experts on PE's.......heres the pix from his listing

& these are the pix he sent tagged & dated

Those are fakes
(and yes, so are the White/yellows pictured)

Date doesn't touch the barcode
Shape is awful & the "RAY" is touching the stiching line

I believe Ray doesn't wear US 12.
That should give you a clue.
