Are these worth more than advertised?

I've been looking around ebay at Nike/Jordan samples and found a couple of interest. In size 9 which is my size and common size for samples. One was Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard 2.0, used but with a sample size tag and stamp on the sockliner.. It's a "Prod CFM" aka production confirmation sample. Advertised at $850. The other is a Jordan 3 Katrina/Hall of Fame. "FTSS" aka Feng Tay Sales Sample on the tongue size tag, with the "999999999" code. Production date is December 2016 which is i think a year earlier than the GR pairs were manufactured. Advertised at $450.

Question is, are these worth it? Are they worth more than advertised?
