11.5 was the second fastest size that sold out at hanon, with size 7 selling out quicker, they only had 5 or 6 7s so I can't imagine they had much more 11.5s

This. Patience is key. Listing prices were around $500 (even higher overseas) on RD and yesterday were as low as $340 (for smaller sizes too). Only the really thirsty will cop at these prices.

US prices have not dropped at all. Pre order prices were around $360-400 shipped. Release date $350-400. Everything on ebay right now is $400+ shipped.
