Ordered some Kayano 5‘s July 3rd. Still haven’t shipped from Asics. I knew with the holiday weekend & Covid they’d probably be delayed a little, but dayum. They must have two people shipping right now lol.

Yeah it’s slow going at ASICS. No CS response in a week, no shipping info, and no arrival of an order for Gel Kayano 5 OGs made on June 21st.

Kinda shocked at how poorly it seems ASICS’s Customer Service department is run. It looks like the only places they’re actually answering questions are Instagram and Twitter. Not their actual CS channels. Could unfortunately just be an ASICS of America thing.

It’s annoying, but it’s more so how awful their Customer Service was that frustrates me. Took me three weeks to finally get a message back between four platforms. Absolutely ridiculous for a company that size.

Piedmont Grey Kayano 5 360’s made it. A lot less pride vibe than some pics make them look, which Is what I was hoping for. In person there’s actually only three colors on the midsole. Blue, orange, & yellow.

Hmmm I love the toe wrap and toebox, but I really don't like metallic gold on shoes, and the midsole/sole colors seem a little odd. But curious to see the whole shoe.
