yooo real talk i was the same way a couple weeks back.  as i was thinking about how i dont wear a seatbelt, my friend who was drivin hit the curb really hard.  that had to be a sign lol

Procrastinating for sure (as I'm writing this and not working)

Eating too much crappy food.
 
--Eating unhealthy food late at night
--Drinking has become too regular
--Procrastinating
--No motivation to work out/stay working out, always a few days then stop for a week. over and over.
--Spending money on things that aren't necessities
 
-not studying until its that critical 24 hour period before my exam; even though all i did was

 the past week where I could have been studying at a steady rate
-eating fast food and pizza (work out everyday but ruin it with my eating habits)

-cracking my knuckles-- they say the more you crack 'em the louder they get... my !*@*+ been getting loud

-fapping... but i'm hoping no fapping November deads all that though

-saying yes to things i should be saying no to... this one is a real problem.

...all for now.
