Best places to eat in the DC area?

Looking to take my lady out this weekend for a date in the DC area. Any good places with a good view. I did a little searching and came up with these places:
Cafe de Parc
Johnnys half shell
Roof terrace
Fiola mare
il canale

I know they're probably an arm and leg so if anyone has anything else that's a pretty nice place with a good view please let a brother know! Georgetown area or anywhere in the DC area.
