i hope jimmy shoot himI hope we get a brother vs. brother showdown in the courtroom next season.
just people saying that it might be his sonWait , someone mentioned Ernie having a connection to Gus? Did I miss something??
just people saying that it might be his son
but we have no proof
I hope we get more con artistry and Jimmy getting people out of situations by any means necessary. The show can miss me with its family drama bull. I couldn't care less about fudged numbers on TPS reports or any of that lame crap. Saul Goodman is a CRIMINAL lawyer. Mike is a cleaner/hitman working pretty close to one of the biggest drug cartels in New Mexico. Show me some some sex, drugs, and violence or maybe something bigger than forgery. This show is on AMC, not the CW

Honestly, the biggest thing Chuck did wrong in this episode was lie about their mom's last words.
But how are any of us surprised or angry at Chuck for recording Jimmy?
He knew Jimmy did it, he knows he broke the law. The law is SACRED to Chuck. It means more than anything and Jimmy tarnishes it and embarrasses Chuck. It's the central aspect of Chuck's character... a respect and reverence to the law. I'm not mad at Chuck at all for that.. it's what I expect him to do.
Like Vince said after S1 this wasn't going to be that show.I hope we get more con artistry and Jimmy getting people out of situations by any means necessary. Agree with all of this. It's a show disguised as breaking but not nearly as exciting or risk taking.
At this point with ppl's reactions they're just hating somebody who is the bad guy on a Skylar level. If it's one thing a Vince project will provide is for someone for ppl to really hate. The dynamics of this show have ppl just ignoring character motivations and development. Chuck's a douche with a reason for why he's doing what he's doing. He's not the big brother picking on his little brother. He's legit frustrated with what Jimmy is doing.Honestly, the biggest thing Chuck did wrong in this episode was lie about their mom's last words.

Nah. It's definitely Chuck and the law along with him disliking what Jimmy stands for.Honestly, the biggest thing Chuck did wrong in this episode was lie about their mom's last words.

It's not about Chuck and the law....it's about Chuck being "right" and Jimmy being "wrong". Jimmy would risk his life, future etc if it meant making sure his brother was ok.
Chuck would kill himself just to make sure his own brother does not succeed.
The recent **** is cuz he wanted to keep a client that was gonna leave with Kim who is working with Jimmy.Chuck is doing all this ******** why again?

And hopefully that pudgy face chick that followed Jimmy around at his last job gets caught in the crossfire. 2for1i hope jimmy shoot himI hope we get a brother vs. brother showdown in the courtroom next season.
Earlier today, I spoke with Saul creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould about the finale, the character who was implied (in a puzzle that fans online solved before the producers were expecting them to) but not shown, juggling the two shows in one, the great supporting performances by Rhea Seehorn and Michael McKean, and more. Their answers (with full spoilers, of course) are coming up just as soon as I want coffee but I do not want cream...
You guys did an interview with Rich Eisen yesterday where Vince was laughing as he said that you didn't have a deal with Giancarlo Esposito yet. Was there ever going to be a version of the finale where Gus appeared?
Vince Gilligan: No, no, no. Like we said on Rich's show, we report this a bit sheepishly: we truly did not realize how smart our fans are. That is to our detriment. We thought that we would have more control of this little puzzle we put into the titles (where the first letters, rearranged, spell out "FRINGS BACK") where we thought that today, Peter could Tweet, "Hey guys, check out the titles of this season! You might find something interesting embedded in them." That way, as people were asking the question — "Who could have left that message in the windshield of Mike's car?" — the little clue could have pointed to an answer to that. But because these folks are so smart, and because they got ahead of us, they changed the story on us, suddenly it looks to the world like, "Oh, man, Gus should have been in that episode. That was a bit of a bait-and-switch!" The clue got out way before the intended time for it to get out.
It was never the intention for Gus to be in that episode. And to take it a step further, people should not assume in any way, shape, or form that they'll see Gus in the first episode of next season. It's possible they will. It's also possible, if not more possible, they won't. Gus is a character, as we know from Breaking Bad, who casts a very long shadow, and has a great many agents doing his bidding. He's a guy who's very hard for Walter White to pin down when Walt met him, and I think that will continue to be the case. That is his character, as I understand it. He is not a guy who reveals himself very quickly.
Oh yea, while I despise Chuck, Michael McKean is an awesome actor. That scene in the emergency room is one of the best in the series so far, it genuinely made me feel bad for the F-boy for about 10 seconds.
I absolutely love the gun salesman and any interactions he has in this universe. The professionalism and transaction was just awesome to me.

I think what I've come to realize from this season is that while Chuck is a player hater, Jimmy is a scumbag. They have both had grimey moments this season, but nothing is more flagrant than recording your own brother with the intention of getting him into trouble with the law. That being said, taking advantage of your brothers medical condition to win back a client for your girl that your bro fairly won back is also flagrant. Chuck won back Mesa Verde in a legal manner, although his intentions were suspect.
Ernesto is a real one
That note my dude Gus coming back
I wonder if Jimmy can argue that he just said what he said to help Chuck out
