Can anyone ID these Reeboks from 2004?

I'm trying to figure out for a friend what model and colorway these Reeboks are. He's thinking about restoring them, but also if he can just buy a new pair that'd probably be better. The yellow leather is 3M. He thinks they're a 2003-2004 colorway. I can't even ID what model they are.
