Ok so I don't remember a lot about it.

It's an old movie thatwas on a tape I had. it was really weird.
There was like a weird gang that escaped from prison, and there were all these crazy characters.
1 dude thought he was a chicken (not the birdman of alcatraz) an actual chicken, and I seem to remember them hi jacking a bus
anyone have the slightest idea?
