What's funny is that when they drop, they'll be the xxxxxxth sneaks that will be named IIs when, actually, they dropped originally before what everyoneknows as SC...

Anyway, crossing fingers for a near and decent release.

BTW. Even if these weren't TWs they were absolutely "washable". I did it lots of times and shoes stood in a perfect condition. They just saidgood bye years after 24/7 beating.
As always, 95% perfect in high cut and 101% in low cut version IMO.

From my estimations, there were 4 HIGHs and 4 LOWs:

HIGH:
White/Grey
White/Infrared
White/Blue (in originial post)
White/Teal/Lime

LOW:
White/Green
White/Orange
White/Blue
Black/White

I don't know if consumers are ready for a shoe like this. As with other late 80s cross trainers, you had a white base, some grey and black, and your brightaccent pieces. A true recipe for success. Nike would most like screw that up with a retro. Unless they see the ATC II lava success and realize a seeminglybasic colorway can get the job done.

I'll pass on 'em if they retro. I just don't like them, period.

And they would either flop because the customers don't want them or because Nike will release 39 garbage colorways after releasing a proper retro of theOG.

That has been their formula since 2007: they release an OG colorway that is 99% (if not, 100%) accurate and then unleash the crap wagon with shoes containingone or more of the following:

• snakeskin
• ostrichskin
• lambskin
• leopardskin
• "premium" plastic leather
• alphabet print
• elephant print
• vivid blue
• other mismatching colors

The Foamposite One, Structure, Stab, Air Max Light, and Pippen I (eventually) follow this sad pattern
