Maybe you can help me out!

I'm bringing all my shoes back in a healthier condition!
 

Is it possible to bring back the paint on my: nike air max 90 'warhawk'?

You guys probably know the paint is falling off (the teeths) when you rock them..

Maybe it is possible to put them in a better shape with the right paint!

Do you guys know the color code of this specific shoe or do you know a way to retrace the color code of the paints that are used on the shoe?
