Coming back from a knee injury(help me out here)

Does anyone have any good recommendations for some good basketball shoes for some one who's coming back from a knee(meniscus) injury?

You need a shoe with good lateral support to prevent it from happening again. I've heard the Lebron 9s (especially the elite) have really good lateral support. You should also wear a knee brace for as long as you feel you need it. Also make sure your shoe fits perfectly.


I also had to come back from a knee injury that happened after I landed awkwardly in a hyperdunk low. I did rehab(which included a bit of shooting around) in trainers.

Having knee injury's myself I would say wear the highest cut shoe you can.

lebrons were made heavy duty for these kinds of injuries. the 8s and 9s are really good for them.
