Concord Legit Check

reason im legit checking is because when i opened them, the left shoe tree was in the right shoe and the right shoe tree was in the left shoe... they were tied up and all that like all new shoes are when you first get them so i doubt they were tried on before or anything... also the tissue in the box was ripped so just wanna be sure... thanks for all the help!
edit: i bought them from someone, i saw the receipt and everything, he said he would give it to me but would prefer to keep it so i let him keep it, they were from nike.com

legit. he probably put in the wrong shoe tree in each shoe. I have a pair that came in with the paper all broken up too. Its so fragile, i wouldnt worry.
