cortez ultra moire question, which size to buy if 42 euro with af1??

im going to buy these for the summer since they extra ventilation and my feet gets swolen and hurts on af1

i see both give you a good 1 inch of extra height (5'9'' manlet here)

anyway, my question is: what size do I buy for the cortez, given that the right fit for me with the af1 was size 42 EUR?
