The other day I got ripped off at subway. You how they kept blatantly advertising 5 dollar footlongs? This store had little flags all in the front advertisingit along with a bunch of huge posters. I order two sandwiches for me and my girlfriend and of course it is regular full price. I asked the guy and he said onlycertain sandwiches are footlongs and although corporate sends him the poster, HE gets to choose how to act on it. I didn't care about the extra cost but Ijust wanted the guy to know he was doing it wrong and every customer who came in was going to be confused since they are clearly advertising it. So I went tothe subway website and filled out a customer service thing(seriously, it was the principle and not about the money) and then about 3 days later he personallycalled back and apologized and said she(I put her contact info on the customer service thing) can come in for a free one. So I guess we won?

Call the manager, threaten to call the BBB and they'll most likely get you some free food, it would've helped to get that bums name who wouldn'tserve you too.

well yea I did go back today at the same 8:30pm time and they served me, I brought it up while they were wrapping up my sandwich and they looked shook as hell,I ended up leaving without buying the sandwich, theres a video also but Im too lazy to upload
