Charlie Sheen posed for a pic just before he began his infamous party binge ... in the very house he planned on turning into his "porn family" home The photo was taken a week ago, on Tuesday evening, at the home of George Santo Pietro -- Vanna White's ex. During their dinner Sheen decided to rent George's estate for $250k per month ... a place to create his "porn family." Charlie's people killed the deal several days later. 

Charlie -- who is totally chill -- left George's pad for his own home several hours later, and the 36-hour party began.

It's unclear what the red marks are on Charlie's hands, neck and eyes.
