Depends on the state the car is in you can find a shell for $700-$1500. Might be able to find a running one for $1500+, they are all going to have rust tho. 
Just like any other RWD car, its going to be a pain in the *** to drive in the snow and maintenance is a little expensive since the OEM parts are no longer in production but there are many aftermarket companies thatspecializeon older japanese cars like rocky auto
