I grew like 3 inches in college. 6'3 hoping to get to 6'5

i regret not eating my veggies, not swimming back when i was young.

i know its genetics but if it could have gave me 1 more inch i'd take it.

i used to have crazy hops, so maybe my strong calves stunted/slowed my growth too

I'll keep it real but a couple of yrs it really sucked
I had a friend who was about an inch or two taller than me then shot up to ~6ft over one summer
What's even worse is that my pops is 6'3 and his brother is 6'2.
I remember as a youngin looking up to him thinking I'll be just as tall one day.
!+% never happened and I drank all that nasty cow milk, ate all my veggies
Man is doesn't feel bad it feels realllllllllllllllly bad like crushed childhood dreams bad like no santa on christmas day bad
but it looks like in my family height skips a generation
