Do You know how to Touch Type?

I don't know how to touch type and I'm at 35 WPM on this website.

I'm still in the process of teaching myself how to touch type.

edit: it is kind of dumb when they give you random comma's and semi colons.  I actually look at my keyboard for that which slows me down.

38 wpm. But I fin dit easier to write my own thoughts, rather than to look at a screen, compute the words and then type what I see

Nope...I'm at 35wpm, type with 2 fingers, held a typing job for 4 years, have the site in my sig and have written 2ish books. @@+% Mavis Beacon.

I tend to get performance anxiety when I'm being timed I registered 56 adjusted but I'm a little faster than that.

Any tips? I know you have to touch type to type with that speed.

The avg. is really 36 wpm though? Lol That's slow as hell
