It looks like fans of Dr. Dre will have to wait justa little longer for the release of his highly-anticipated and hugely delayed solo album Detox.

In a Q&A that will be featured in the March edition of SLAMMagazine Dr.Dre revealed that the album will not be available until next year, 2011.

When asked about DetoxDreresponded with the following, "Well, I'm working on it, but also I've been working on other people's projects; you'll probably hearsomething in a year or so."

This latest update is sure to have fans of Dr. Dre wonderingif Detox will even be released at all.

Detoxwas initially set for release several years ago, but Dr. Dre wasagain swamped with solo projects from several artists on Aftermath and the album was gradually delayed.

Dre did give fans a very small taste of Detox when a snippet from Detox was includedin a Dr. Pepper commercial last year.

Detox being delayed shouldn't surprise anyone.

he didnt even make half the beats on relapse... he has a team who's %*+@ he uses and puts his name on it...

I remember listening to The Game's "Higher" in like '05 and getting excited at the part where Dre comes in and is like "Look out forDetox". I was a freshman in high school and now I'm a sophomore in college and still nothing

see im one that say's or thinks just enjoy the music, no matter the hype or rumors of what it could be.
