Pokerstars hasn't let me put money on there in months due to US banking.

You're not the sharpest knife in the drawer are you.

the account numbers start at page 39 of the document i posted, if your account is on there, from what i researched, its gone.,

page 49 is important to you too, it states that the sites, combined, must pay 2 billion, minimum, to the government

Can anyone explain how deposits and withdraws are made? Online poker is 100% new to me. I never had any interest until this all started up.

Do you initially sign up with a bank account attached or credit cards, like paypal? Was there a monthly withdrawal limit? What's the highest buy in that most of you played?

I don't want to drive this issue too hard but after winning $5,000 and buyins are usually $400, why not withdraw $4600, keep $400 in there for the next game, and when money is needed again, withdraw. Did they take a high percentage in fees on withdraws? My money is safe only when it's in my FDIC certified bank account (and even then I think you are protected only up to $100,000).

I'm wondering if people who have withdrawn money will be having issues as well. So even if you did withdraw, maybe it's not safe either. It's almost to the point where you would have to withdraw and hide the money someplace off shore.

Wow this is crazy.....kind of glad I'm not about that gambling life. My grandma used to gamble heavy and almost lost everything before family stepped in....seems too risky for me and I don't like to risk my money. To the dude who has 500k..I'm not calling ducktales or anything but if you do actually have that I hope you get every cent of your money back....like somebody else said don't pay attention too much to rumors.

500K is not inconceivable. Online poker is/was very profitable if the work was put in. There are many, many online poker players with 6 figures +.

With that said, hope we get our money back man.

Google "Pokerspot".    This has sort of happened before, but on a way smaller scale.

This sucks.   Bad.    Word of advice to any players, on any gambling site, I'd personally withdraw immediately while their payment processors are still up and running.   It's just a matter of time before the DOJ drops the hammer on sportsbooks and smaller pokersites like cake, tribeca, etc.

I once turned $20 into $1000 playing poker and $50 into $1000 betting NFL and I thought I was hot !@#%, but then I lost it all back because I played well above my recommended limits, and got kind of humbled. Been betting small ever since. Been considering going back to FTP, but I guess ill be waiting at least a little while now..
