Im going with fake also but because
- Nike air seems a bit too low
- toe box is boxy
- Jumpman on sole doesn't have a brick foot

Hold on kids, those 5's are fake, but let me chime in with something:
The tag that Rob posted is legit, but these were made in a bunch of different factories, and the earliest run came in the old silver jordan boxes. Those mostly had the old style tag that Rob posted.
The other style tag is this, this is one of my pairs (beaters):
Most of these come in the jordan laser face box.
So don't just dismiss a pair of these as fake because of the kind of size tag it has.
The box foot on the jumpman on the outsole is not present, and the shape of the shoe is bad. The toebox is also bad.
Keep away from these.
P.S. Although these were made in 1999, they didnt release until 2000. So these are technically "2000's"
