I like the Bon Appétit youtube channel. Last night I watched a 47 minute video of a chef trying to recreate Doritos.

I watched her recreate Oreos and Skittles and Lucky Charms. Oddly very entertaining.

Yea aight.

Don't flip this on me as if that was a normal post:lol:

LMAO!

For the love of God don't lure him in here. This is a high quality thread and we're all just fine without his worthless opinion.

With that Brooklyn "BBQ"

Fette Sau in Brooklyn is super popular and literally has the worst BBQ I've ever had in my entire life. "Brooklyn BBQ" must be stopped at all costs.

If anyone ever tries to sell you on BK BBQ, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

Indeed. Eat it before I post mine to avoid further disappointment. I love Waffle House tho, I need to check out the one in Denver I've seen. Maybe tomorrow night...

Tf? Wack *** pile of dry foul brisket that doesn’t even look smoked, two pickles and some trash rolls?

This is that gentrified food that pisses me off.

“Oh let’s throw it on a sheet tray with butcher paper and a beer in a mason jar, you know like the poor people down south.”

Garbage was probably 30 dollars too.

Don't see a ring so I'd assume it wasn't smoked either

Ain’t nothing wrong with using a sous vide at home.

But don’t charge people good money for something that you literally threw in a bag and forgot about for hours. At least hit it with some sauce or something that took a little skill to make.

I used to sous vide home made bologna and eggs and stuff for ramen. I feel like that’s different than using it for a cheat code and charging people for it when they expect actual bbq or whatever.
