Poboy was meh but that cheesecake brownie - I got stopped in my tracks. Damn it was so good.

I just mixed a whole bunch of veggies I had in the fridge for the side dish - bacon, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, orange pepper, mushroom

Made a chimicurri sauce to go over it

They’re good af. Really soft. Basically cookie cakes. Every week they have a new menu. I think they only do 6 different cookies at a time.
