FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

What is your method?

method is similar but the spice mix i have is different. my mom/grandmother make it and send it to me a couple times a year. i think they make it using cinnamon, cloves, pepper, and then a couple other items i have no idea about.

water, tea, spice mix, crushed cardamom seeds in a cup of water. bring to boil. add a cup of milk. let it boil and then turn the heat to medium and bring it down to a gentle boil/simmer. strain into a glass and enjoy.

i'll use ginger and/or mint leaves from time to time but don't have that on deck every day

bloody marys are  to me
always try them to try to change my mind
but nope.... just plain sick
NOTHING about a Bloody Mary sounds appealing. Tomato sauce?? Hot sauce? A god damn piece of celery? Then put vodka in that?

Costco’s always had whole Ribeye roasts available to order that are a5 certified from Kagoshima. Assuming these dudes are same source.
Fat just doesn’t look well marbled from what I’ve seen. Either way it looks good
