That's the thing though, I'm not sure what you consider "pros". Dominos? Papa Johns? I'm not that big into pizzas to begin with so this gave me an opportunity to cater it perfectly to my taste. It's like making pasta, it isn't that difficult. Find what type of vegetables and meats you like, add cheese, seasoned pasta sauce (I add oregano, thyme and red pepper flakes) and you would be surprised how much better this tastes than "professionally" made pizzas. It's as easy as making your own Salad.
