Made a brine for the chicken and let it marinate throughout the day. Browned the chicken in olive oil, took it out then brought some heavy cream to a simmer. Added a small jar of pesto to that and turned the heat down to reduce/thicken. Seasoned the sauce, added the chicken then tossed in my cooked penne. A freestyle, obviously so I don’t have exact measurements
