Obviously not the best version of Plantains, but I had the Target brand chips last week and they were actually pretty good.

I dont think Ive ever had plantain chips I didnt like.

Wings were fire.
Beans were good.
Some of the brisket was a little dry.
Greens needed more vinegars.

Wife had a pulled pork sandwich not pictured that was really good.
