Let me know how the rub is. I originally bought the 4 pack of 4 pepper blend/sweet heat/dark and smoky/hatch valley green. I'm almost out of the sweet heat and 4 pepper blend.

I like tater tots but they have to be crispy and preferably not the frozen variety. I think the best I ever had were at this burger joint Tilt in Portland Oregon.
