Future baseball Hall of Famer Derek Jeter certainly has a penthouse suite worthy of the Hall of Fame.
The New York Yankee shortstop’s 5,425-square-foot corner penthouse in the Trump World Tower in Manhattan is for sale for $20 million, and it looks like Jeter did not spare expense in outfitting the home’s audio, video and control.
According to Business Insider, the 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath condo has aCrestron whole-house control system and Lutron lighting and shade control for the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Jeter purchased the 70th-floor condo for $12.6 million in 2001.
Business Insider speculates the Yankee captain has the condo on the market because he is nearly completed with construction on a 31,000-square-foot mansion in the Tampa, Fla. area.
